Payment Support Agent - Valletta, Malta

As a Payment Support Agent, you will be assisting the Head of AML, Fraud & Payment Department and will be responsible for ensuring that Customer Services provides full response and correct instructions to end customers about issues with processing deposits and withdrawals. This role is based on shift work (Mon – Sunday)

What will you be doing?

  • Compiling and maintaining all Payment concerns and following up on them from Customer Services.
  • Maintain daily communication with Payment analyst and Customer Services ensuring the status of the payments from the ed customer transactions and crediting them in the customer’s account when success response was not received on time.
  • Ensure that all the departments all informed about Payment Department updates and releases of new payment solutions.
  • Track and Report all the documentation breaks.
  • Submit Internal Suspicious Transaction Report to the Head of AML and Fraud when there is evidence or suspicion of activity.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Department, Payments, and Risk Department.
  • Analyse Deposit data and transaction details ensuring the performance of the solution by the Payment Providers.
